1. Terms and digital delivery

These terms govern godlikeloops.com and all Godlike Loops digital products. By ordering or downloading, you agree to them. Products may include loops, one-shots, MIDI, construction kits, presets and related files supplied by immediate download.

Use a correct email address and compatible software. If access or an archive fails, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore or replace it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Your 100% royalty-free license

With every lawful purchase or free download, Godlike Loops grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable royalty-free license to use the included sounds in unlimited personal and commercial End Products.

You may release, distribute, stream, monetize, perform, broadcast, synchronize and sell your finished songs, beats, instrumentals, videos, films, games, podcasts and client projects worldwide.

No royalties, recurring fees, backend payments, revenue share or additional license fees are ever owed to Godlike Loops. Credit is optional. Pay once and keep 100% of the royalties earned by your finished production.

3. Permitted use

Edit, chop, layer and process the sounds with other musical elements.
Release music through Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and other platforms.
Create monetized music for artists, clients, labels, film, advertising and games.
Use the sounds in unlimited finished productions.

Your End Product must add creative value and must not expose the source files as standalone sounds.

4. Ownership and non-exclusive sounds

The license lets you use the sounds but does not transfer ownership of the source files. Godlike Loops and its licensors retain the underlying copyrights. Unless clearly sold as exclusive, sounds may also be licensed to other customers. You cannot claim exclusive ownership of an unmodified or recognizably isolated Godlike Loops sound.

5. Prohibited use

Do not resell, share, upload, give away or redistribute source files.
Do not place standalone or substantially unchanged sounds in another sample pack, loop kit, drum kit, sound library or competing product.
Do not share account credentials or download links.
Do not use the source files to build or distribute a competing sample-generation dataset or model.
Do not use Godlike Loops artwork, demos or branding as your own.

You may send a finished production to an artist or client, but you may not give them the original pack or independent access to its files.

6. Content ID and copyright claims

You may register your complete original song with a distributor or rights service. Do not register an unmodified loop, one-shot, MIDI file, demo or isolated Godlike Loops sound as exclusively yours. Do not use automated Content ID in a way that blocks lawful use by other licensed customers. Incorrect claims must be released promptly.

7. Accounts and misuse

You are responsible for account security and activity. We may suspend access where products appear to be shared, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms.

8. Refunds and 14-day guarantee

Godlike Loops provides a voluntary 14-Day Fair-Use Money-Back Guarantee for qualifying problems such as materially incorrect descriptions, corrupted or missing files we cannot repair, duplicate purchases and unresolved delivery failures.

Read the full Refund Policy. Where legally permitted, immediate supply of digital content may end the statutory withdrawal right after the required express consent and acknowledgement. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming content remain unaffected.

9. Prices, availability and liability

Prices, promotions and currencies are those displayed at checkout. We aim to keep downloads available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Godlike Loops is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, platform decisions or incompatibility disclosed before purchase. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not excluded.

10. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by Polish law without removing mandatory protection available to consumers in their country of residence. We may update them as our products, practices or legal obligations change. The version in effect at purchase normally governs that order.

11. Godlike Sounds accounts and credits

Godlike Sounds lets registered customers purchase credits and exchange them for individual sounds. It is a one-time-payment service, not a subscription. Credits do not expire while the account remains active, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may only be used on the account that purchased or received them.

The credit cost shown beside a sound at the moment it is added to a collection is the applicable price. A sound already lawfully added to a customer’s collection can be downloaded again without another credit charge, subject to these terms and reasonable security controls.

12. Accounts, access and fair use

An account is required for Godlike Sounds so balances, licenses, collections and downloads can be preserved. Customers must provide accurate information and protect their login. Automated scraping, credential sharing, bulk redistribution, payment abuse, circumvention of download controls and use of the service to reconstruct a competing sound library are prohibited.

We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security risks or a material breach. We will not remove mandatory consumer rights, and customers may contact us to challenge an access decision.

13. Credit refunds and account closure

Approved refunds, chargebacks or cancellations of a credit order reverse the corresponding credits. If some of those credits were already used, the account may show a credit adjustment and further paid downloads may pause until the adjustment is covered. Lawfully acquired sounds remain governed by the license unless the underlying transaction was fraudulent or reversed.

Customers may request account closure through the Contact page. Closure does not create a right to cash out promotional, used or otherwise non-refundable credits. Records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling and proof of license may be retained as permitted by law. See the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy for details.
