Not covered
- Simple change of mind after downloading usable files.
- Lack of compatible software where requirements were shown before purchase.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Repeated, abusive or fraudulent refund requests.
- Products that have been shared, redistributed or used in breach of our license.
- Requests based only on not achieving a particular creative or commercial result.
How to request help or a refund
- Contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Tell us which product is affected and briefly describe the problem.
- Where appropriate, allow us a reasonable opportunity to restore access, replace missing files or correct the issue.
If the problem qualifies and cannot be resolved, we may offer a replacement, store credit or a refund to the original payment method. You can choose a refund where required by applicable law.
Processing approved refunds
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear. Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Promotional, bundle and sale purchases are protected on the same fair-use basis. The refund amount cannot exceed the amount actually paid.
Digital content and withdrawal rights
Our products are digital content supplied by immediate download. Where permitted by applicable law, when a consumer expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges the consequences, the statutory right to withdraw may end once the download or access begins.

Credit purchases and individual sounds
Duplicate or failed charges and material delivery defects are reviewed promptly. An entirely unused credit purchase may qualify for the voluntary 14-Day Fair-Use Money-Back Guarantee. Once any credit from a package has been used to add or download a sound, that package is ordinarily treated as supplied and is not refundable for change of mind, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
When an approved refund reverses credits that have already been used, the account balance may carry an adjustment. New credits cover that adjustment before additional paid downloads become available. Free sounds have no monetary refund value.
Before checkout, customers are asked to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the effect on the statutory withdrawal right. This does not limit rights concerning defective, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content.
